Will Tazza (he/him)

President

Will is a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing alongside three minors in Psychology, and Supply Chain and Information Sciences and Technology, and Information Systems Management. As President, he manages Penn State Prime’s consulting projects and the development of Prime’s Annual Branding Panel, Forging a Career in Branding. Will also aids in the development of workshops and interactive activities for Prime Meetings. Outside of his involvement in Prime, Will contributes as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with the Center of Social Data Analytics, Marketing 301 Teaching Assistant, and serves as a Community and Belonging Educator with the Center of Social Change and Belonging. Additionally, he holds positions with the Penn State American Marketing Association, University Park Undergraduate Association, and Penn State Students United Against Poverty. Beyond his studies, he enjoys cafe hopping (works at Irving's downtown!), attending concerts, spending time at the beach, appreciating sunsets, indulging in brunch, embracing autumn, exploring thrift stores, pondering philosophy, traveling, listening to music, and, of course, getting some extra sleep. In the future, he is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes.

Grace Brinton (she/her)

Vice President

Grace is a 3rd year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in International Business. As the Vice President, she functions as the key initiator and nurturer of strategic relationships with a diverse spectrum of stakeholders including esteemed speakers, reputable companies, and engaged alumni after structuring Prime’s calendar of semester programming. Outside of her involvement in Prime, Grace is the student ambassador for the National Retail Federation Foundation chapter at Penn State, and is an involved member of her business fraternity, Phi Gamma Nu. Apart from her studies, some of her hobbies and interests include traveling, enjoying fall weather, fashion, cooking, spending time with family, watching movies, thrifting, and working out. In the future, Grace is excited to apply her skills learned throughout her academics and extracurricular activities and find more passions to enrich her life.

Alice Crandall (she/her)

Director of Professional Development

Alice is a junior majoring in Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation with interests in the cosmetic, and skincare industry.  As the Director of Professional Development, she creates weekly curriculum for Prime students, teaching them about Prime’s three pillars: Analytics, Strategy, and Creativity. She coordinates with industry professionals to plan consulting projects and networking events for Prime students. Alice just finished a marketing internship with North Shore Animal League America, where she worked with the digital marketing team. Alice is a creative and ambitious individual passionate about further pursuing her interests in marketing and entrepreneurship.

Lily Martin (she/her)

Public Relations Chair

Lily is a third-year student, currently focusing on her major in marketing while also pursuing a minor in psychology. As the Public Relations Director, Lily's responsibilities include a variety of tasks, including overseeing member recruitment and retainment, promoting Prime events, and managing the organization's official website. Beyond her involvement with Prime, she has taken on the role of social media manager and event planner with Burning Hearts and is a part of a Dancer Relations committee member for THON. Lily is a very passionate and ambitious indivdual who is excited to build a career in Marketing.

Stella Yerger (she/her)

Treasurer

Stella is a third-year student pursuing a major in marketing and double minors in psychology and international business. As treasurer, Stella meets with the University Park Allocation Committee and the Smeal Allocation Board to secure funding. Additionally, she creates the budget, handles membership dues, and is responsible for all other financial responsibilities. Stella is a passionate and driven student who is eager to explore her interests in marketing analytics, marketing communications, and branding.

Alina Hatfield (she/her)

Secretary

Alina is a first-year student and an intended Marketing major.  As Secretary, she is responsible for sending out the weekly newsletter and measuring member engagement.  Alina has loved getting involved with Prime and is currently taking the practicum course.  In the course, Alina is a part of the Consumer Insights team and has loved the process of discovering customer perspectives, behaviors, attitudes, and working to transform them into a comprehensive campaign.  Outside of Prime, Alina is a Marketing Chair for the Smeal Student Council and also a participant in the Smeal Ethical Leadership Challenge.  Her interests outside of school include working out, playing tennis, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family.

Melissa Pham (she/her)

Alumni Chair

Melissa is a second-year student majoring in Marketing along with minoring in Sports Studies. As Alumni Chair, Melissa ensures that our alumni are updated with anything Prime related. She works to create the Alumni newsletter, Alumni Book, and overall communication efforts amongst all alumni. Apart from Prime, Melissa is a Recruiting Intern for the Penn State Football team and a Dancer Relations committee member for THON.

Abigail Morris (she/her)

Social Media Chair 

Abby is currently a third-year student majoring in Marketing and a minor in Media Studies. In her role as social media chair, she is responsible for monitoring Prime’s social media accounts allowing for strong communication. She is responsible for creating and executing media to adequately develop Prime’s brand image. Apart from Prime, Abby works as a Marketing and Communications assistant at Penn State Global. She is passionate about digital marketing and looks forward to bringing a creative twist to the Prime organization.

Jennifer Coupland (she/her)

Faculty Advisor

Jennifer Coupland is a Paiste Fellow in Teaching & Learning and Clinical Professor of Marketing in the Smeal College of Business Administration. In the spring semester, Jennifer teaches Prime's MKTG 495A practicum course.
