Federica is currently a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. As President, she leads Prime's executive board and is actively involved in the Penn State American Marketing Association and the Venezuelan Student Organization. Originally from Venezuela, she is passionate about marketing and consumer psychology, always seeking to creativity with data-driven insights. This summer, she interned at TikTok in their Seattle office, where she enjoyed market trends and developing strategies that help brands shine.

Paikea is a fourth-year majoring in marketing and international business. As Vice President of Prime, she is responsible for developing the semester programming calendar. In addition to her role in Prime, she actively participates in the Poetry Club. This summer, she interned at Total Wine as a People Culture and Engagement Intern. A lifelong traveler, Paikea was born in Ohio, has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Holden, MA, and currently resides in Lancaster, PA. She has explored 21 countries and is a huge movie enthusiast, with a passion for fantasy that began with her first book about dragons Paikea is eager to give back to the community she’s been a part of since her freshman year!

Tess is currently a fourth-year student, majoring in marketing. As Director of Professional Development, she aids in the development of workshops and interactive activities for Prime Meetings. Originally from New York, Tess has always had a passion for Penn. Outside of Prime, she is actively involved in the Sapphire Leadership Academic Program. This summer, she interned at Assembly Global in New York City and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of her peers!

Kara is a fourth-year student, currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. As the Public Relations Director, Kara's responsibilities include a variety of tasks, including overseeing member recruitment and retainment, promoting Prime events, sending weekly newsletters, and managing the organization's official website and LinkedIn. In addition to her work with Prime, Kara is also involved in Phi Beta Lambda and the Penn State American Marketing Association. Last summer, she interned as a sales intern at Altria. Kara is passionate about consumer engagement and marketing strategy, aiming to create a meaningful impact through results-driven work.

Emily is a fourth-year student currently pursuing her major in marketing. As treasurer, Emily allocates finances for professional development and social events, handles membership dues, and creates the annual budget. To secure funding, she meets with the University Park Allocation Committee and the Smeal Allocation Board. Outside of Prime Emily also serves as a member of the public relations team for VALLEY Magazine and is the social media chair for her THON organization. This summer, she interned at Assembly in New York City!

Caitlin is a fourth-year student majoring in Marketing. As Alumni Chair, Caitlin ensures that our alumni are updated with anything Prime related. She works to create the Alumni Newsletter, Alumni Book, and overall communication efforts amongst all alumni. Apart from Prime, Caitlin is in a panhellenic sorority and is a marking ambassador on campus. This summer she was a strategic sales intern at at Mars Wrigley!

Lila is a third-year student, with a major in Marketing and a minor in French and International Business. As the Social Media Chair, she is responsible for creating promotional materials and managing social media channels for the organization. In addition to her role at Prime, Lila is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, works as a marketing specialist for the nonprofit Brighter Financial Futures and co-founded the ShambaShare venture as part of the Humanitarian Engineering and Social Entrepreneurship (SE) program at Penn State. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, grabbing coffee, and attending concerts!
